Project Manager
Minna Dufton, award-winning Writer, Director and Journalist, has focused her 25-year career on making films and TV series where people are priority. The same idea serves as a guideline for the antenni scheme: Putting AV industry professionals first and developing an industry that's better for its people. Minna is a CPD certified Trauma Work professional specializing in sensitive topics and their treatment on all platforms. In 2024, Minna completed her studies in Leadership and Project Management for independent art professionals at the University of the Arts.
Project Assistant
Iisa Arvelin is a freshly graduated anthropologist and filmmaker
who has written her master's thesis on the state of the Finnish film industry in the 2020s and from the filmmakers’ perspective the value
of the film, i.e. the meaning of work. To antenni, Iisa brings anthropological expertise which delves deeper into observing
the interaction between people and learning about the related social and cultural phenomena, putting people at the center. Iisa has also studied documentary filmmaking at the University College London, attended Blockbusters Gang's assistant director training, and
worked as a communications coordinator for film festivals and as
a production assistant for film productions.

Occupational Health Psychologist
Satu Lähteenkorva's research expertise in learning and motivational psychology is combined with over 20 years of strong professional experience as a practical trainer and developer in the field of well-being at work and change. Lähteenkorva has trained thousands of professionals between 2007 and 2024 and is currently an occupational health psychologist. She has also worked as an expert in several audiovisual productions. Lähteenkorva is known as a skilled and encouraging trainer in the field of well-being at work and promoting change. For over 10 years, Lähteenkorva has been Finland's leading trainer and developer on lifestyle changes and was awarded for her work in the National Future Brain Health program in 2023.

Work Supervisor
Mari Käki is an experienced counsellor (STOry) and trainer with more than ten years of experience in supervising professionals in different fields. Her clients include university teachers, curators, social workers, nurses, youth workers, audiovisual industry professionals and managers. As a supervisor, Käki has a particular interest in creative professional work. In addition to supervision, Käki organises interactive training for project and management groups and teaches leadership and teamwork skills to film students at Aalto University. Käki's approach to training and supervision is dialogical. She believes in the power of exploring experiences, deepening understanding and creative experimentation in developing work.
