Responsible management and well-being of employees there will be psychologist Satu Lähteenkorva from the antenna team participating the discussion. Satu is also one of the experts in the Transformation Workshop organised by antenni in the spring of 2025. In the panel discussion, the participants will be discussing how we ensure a healthy and psychologically safe working atmosphere in the AV industry now and in the future.
